Welcome to the Food & Nutrition Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 079 025 371) (“FNA”) website.  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website.  If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Copyright and Trademark Notice governs FNA’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term “Food & Nutrition Australia”, “FNA”, “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Level 8, 283 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.  The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only.  It is subject to change without notice.  You should check the website regularly as your continued use of the website after such a modification constitutes your acceptance of that modification and any amended Terms will apply between us whether or not we have given you specific notice of any change.  You shall be authorized to use the material in on this website only for personal, non-commercial use.

Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through the FNA Store, we may verify your method of payment and shipping address before processing your order.  Your placement of an order via the FNA Store is an offer to purchase our products or services.  FNA may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. 

Quantity Limitations
FNA may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time.  FNA may reject any order, or any part of an order.  If the item is out of stock we will notify you by phone or email within five (5) working days to see if you would like to backorder the product or cancel the order.

Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the FNA Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order.  You agree that FNA will not be responsible for any loss or damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Unless expressly stated or required by law, FNA makes no representations or warranties (either express or implied) of any kind in respect of products sold on this website.  Please see our Disclaimer for full details.

Product Display/Colours
FNA attempts to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Website.  However because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, FNA cannot guarantee that the colour you see precisely matches the product colour.

Pricing and Product Information
FNA makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to FNA’s products, services and prices, but does not guarantee the accuracy of any such information.  Information relating to FNA’s products and services is subject to change without notice.  Prices are subject to change at any time prior to FNA’s acceptance of your order.  In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with FNA, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order.  If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, FNA will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Prices that appear on the website are FNA Store prices unless otherwise indicated and exclude shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order online as your order is processed.

Payment & Processing Orders
You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit cards:

Orders will be processed daily then despatched with Australia Post on Wednesdays and Fridays. Within Australia you will receive your order within five (5) to seven (7) working days from the despatch date.  In the event your shipment will be delayed more than fourteen (14) days after the date of your order, FNA will attempt to notify you within five (5) working days by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may choose to cancel the order.  If you cancel the order, FNA will issue a refund.

When you enter your credit card information and place your order on the final review page, we will give you an order number and a receipt for your records.  You will also receive an e-mail acknowledging that your order and payment has been received.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order.  The order will not be despatched until payment is made.  If you have not received your order within the timeframes outlined below please contact us at info@foodnut.com.au or telephone 02 9262 1211.

Postage charges are based on Australia Post Guidelines. 

Standard delivery within Australia:
You will receive your order in approximately five (5) to seven (7) working days.
A fee for shipping and handling will be added to your order within Australia.

International deliveries:
Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days.
A fee for shipping and handling (Air Freight) will be added to your order.
International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes

Please note shipping and handling fees are subject to change without notice.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post and we urge you to order early to avoid delays in the peak times. 

GST
All prices quoted for products and/or services from this Online Store are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Import Taxes
Please note that some countries may charge the recipient duties on the 'import' of parcels from time-to-time.  As these charges are the responsibility of the recipient, please check the customs service in your destination country to see if charges are applicable.

Return Policy
Please choose your product carefully.  We are unable to offer a refund for a change of mind. 

We will accept returns if you have received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective.  We must be notified of this within two (2) working days of receipt.   Please allow two (2) weeks from the day you return your package for a replacement, exchange or refund.  Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Membership
Currently membership is available to FNA Healthy Eating Habits For Life package existing clients only.

Username and Password
Existing clients will be issued with a username and password.  It is your responsibility to keep your details safe.  You may not transfer your user name or password to any other person.  You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
