Our counselling sessions are confidential and are carried out in a relaxed, understanding and supportive environment. Each session is based around listening and understanding your needs and challenges, establishing and reviewing goals through self monitoring, and working with you to increase self knowledge and self acceptance.

Our approach is very effective in normalising eating behaviour, and subsequently increasing the psychological and physical health and wellbeing of our clients.
